These Terms of Service govern the provision of services through boardbench.pro at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. By engaging with boardbench (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these terms.

1. Service Offerings

boardbench provides the following:

Board Role Clarity and Cadence Reviews Services – Personalized sessions to enhance board effectiveness and meeting rhythm.
Information Products – Digital guides, templates, and courses related to board best practices.
Physical Goods – Printed materials, workbooks, and merchandise.

2. Engagement Terms

All services are subject to confirmation via our contact page at Schedule a Session. You agree to provide accurate information and respond to communications promptly.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees are specified at the time of booking and are payable in full before commencement. We accept major card networks and approved digital payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a boardbench session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction. Our refund procedures differ by offering type:

Board Role Clarity and Cadence Reviews Services: Due to the bespoke nature of these sessions, all bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another date with at least 48-hour notice.
Information Products: Eligible for a refund if you request within 14 days of download, provided that you have accessed no more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Physical Goods: You may request a reimbursement for defective items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photographic evidence. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge or issue a reimbursement once the item is shipped back to our office at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. We cover any expenses for shipping back defective items.

6. No Additional Liability

We provide resources and guidance but cannot guarantee outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific booking or product.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or internal use only.
